# Schedule Intercom messages to send later

#### Schedule messages to send during working hours

With Send Later, you can schedule messages to send later, for example, to send later in the day or the next day during working hours. This is particularly useful for customer success managers who want to send messages to customers about an update, a fix, or just a notification, but do not have enough time to engage with them at the moment.

#### Timezone

When scheduling a message, you can also specify a date and time in a specific timezone. This makes it possible for a customer success manager to interact with the client at a time that works for both parties.

#### How to install

Go to <https://send-later.getalvis.com> and click "Connect with Intercom".
